Darned Cats are Crapping in the Freeway Sand Barrels, says Highway Department
“It’s a safety device, not a (expletive) cat box,” complains the DOT’s Owen Krzyzewski
The state department of transportation is asking for motorists’ help in preventing cats from using freeway sand barrels as a litter box.
“If you’re driving by and happen to see one of the little (expletive) inside one of our barrels, please honk your horn and scare it away,” pleaded Director of Transportation Owen Krzyzewski (pronounced “Krzyzewski”).
According to Krzyzewski, the safety barrels are attracting both domesticated and feral cats.

“I just can’t figure out how the heck they’re prying the lids off,” said the exasperated Krzyzewski, which, according to Wikipedia, is one of the worst kinds of Krzyzewskis.
