Tesla Says it Will Require New Owners to Attend Ohm’s Law Class
Saying few buyers of its cars actually understand how their electric vehicles work, Tesla will now require all new owners to attend a six-week-long class on Ohm’s Law.
“It’s on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00 until 10:00, with a ten minute break at the top of each hour, and the restrooms and vending machines are down the hall,” said class instructor J. Bart Wiesoner.
The class, which Tesla calls a “mandatory option,” costs $3,500, although that includes a three-ring binder and voltage tester pen. “That’s a damn good deal,” insisted Wiesoner. Plus, parking is free.
