President-Elect Donald Trump has promised to build a border wall, and has also proposed a 35-percent tariff on cars built in Mexico and then sent to the United States.

The tariff would bump the base price of a Mexican-built 2017 Ford Fiesta by nearly $5,000.

But based on our sources and the photograph shown at right, Ford apparently plans to continue building cars — including the Fiesta — in Mexico, and simply sneak them over the wall into the U.S. at night.
