Chevy is Bringing Back the El Camino — We Have the Proof!

If you’ve been wanting a car-based pickup — something other than that rusted-out $700 VW Rabbit Pickup advertised on Craigslist — we have good news: Chevrolet is bringing back the El Camino!

The white and silver vehicles below were captured on camera over the weekend by Parksplug photographer Bomtoth Doolang.

The fact that there are substantial differences in the two vehicles leads us to believe these are concepts and that GM has not yet finalized the design.  

For example, the silver car has a heavier Silverado-like rear bumper with built-in steps, while the white El Camino appears to have a lamppost extending upward from the hood.

We prefer the white car, with the exception of the hood lamp.
