Porsche, United Airlines Both Break Guinness World Records

Record-breaking pull: Porsche Cayenne tows a 628,000 pound Airbus.

Porsche and United Airlines both found their way into the Guinness Book of World Records yesterday.

First, a diesel-engined Porsche Cayenne towed a 285-ton Air France Airbus A380 approximately 120-feet out of a hangar.

Not to be outdone, a group of United Airlines employees dragged a hapless passenger nearly 300-yards on the airport tarmac.

“He got a few scuffs,” United spokesman Presto Fetterman said of the unfortunate passenger

Following the awards ceremony, the United passenger was given a ride in the Cayenne to an urgent care clinic.
