First Look at the 2021 Ramborghini — World’s Fastest Pickup?
Talk about your strange bedfellows. Volkswagen-owned Lamborghini and Chrysler-owned Ram are teaming up to produce what they call the “world’s first supertruck.”
The 2021 Ramborghini, shown below in a typically appallingly poor quality Parksplug spy photo, blends Ram functionality with the Lamborghini Urus’s 4.0 liter twin-turbo V-8.
With all-wheel-drive and a partially but mostly automated manual gearbox controlled by a lever that looks like a melted Conair garment steamer, the 641-horsepower Ramborghini is expected to match the Urus’s 3.2 second 0 – 60 time, but not while towing your Coachmen Leprechaun to Lake Winnipesaukee.
Prices will start at just over $200,000, plus $140 for the Rambox option.
